Cancellation before the course starts Cancel at least seven days (168 hours) before your first scheduled lesson for a full refund or course credit. With less notice, we deduct one lesson’s fee; the balance may be refunded or credited. Notice is calculated from receipt of your cancellation email to the first lesson’s start time, using Sydney local time. 2. Withdrawal after the course starts For personal withdrawal, fees for remaining lessons are credited, not refunded. Withdrawal takes effect when we receive your written request. Credit covers lessons starting after that time, excluding lessons already attended or missed, except for an eligible absence below. 3. Missed lessons For illness or another personal matter, one missed lesson per student, per term or holiday program qualifies for credit. No minimum notice applies, but please notify us promptly. No refunds or make-up lessons are provided for personal absences. Handouts and exercises are supplied. Further absences receive no credit. 4. Lesson fee calculation One lesson’s fee equals the tuition fee actually paid, after discounts, divided by the number of scheduled lessons in your booking. No lesson is credited or refunded twice. 5. Course credit Credit is valid for 12 months from issue, for the original student only. It is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
